Refer Someone to the Hub
Partners, services, family members and friends can all refer someone who would benefit from support. All support is free.
Before you refer
Please make sure the person knows about the referral and is happy for us to contact them. We only collect what we need.
- • We contact the person by their preferred method to say hello.
- • We explain the Hub, answer questions and invite them to a session.
- • There is no obligation to take part, and they can withdraw at any time.
- • Referral details are stored securely and only seen by the Hub team.
