How Softclue Data Empowerment CIC handles your personal information for the AI & Employability Hub.
Who we are
Softclue Data Empowerment CIC is the data controller for the AI & Employability Hub. We are responsible for the personal data we collect from participants, referrers, volunteers and partners.
What we collect
Registration details (name, email, phone, postcode, age group, employment status), learning interests and goals, session attendance, before-and-after confidence assessments, feedback, and outcomes such as employment, training or volunteering. We collect photographs, quotes and video only where you give separate, explicit consent.
Why we use it
To deliver the programme, arrange support, keep people safe, and report anonymised impact information to our funder. Impact reporting uses aggregated numbers, never identifiable data, unless you have consented to your story being shared.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, withdraw consent at any time, or object to certain uses. Withdrawing consent never affects your access to support. Contact us and we will respond within one month.
Storage and security
Data is held in secure, access-controlled systems. Only authorised Hub staff can view participant records, and access is limited by role. We keep records only as long as needed for delivery and funding reporting.
