How the programme moves you forward
Each stage builds on the last, at a pace that works for you.
- 1
Discover
A warm welcome, no jargon and no pressure.
Come to a drop-in or open session, tell us where you are today and complete a simple starting-point check with a facilitator. Many participants join with limited digital confidence — that is exactly who the Hub is for.
- 2
Learn
Practical AI and digital skills, taught step by step.
Join small-group workshops on AI skills and digital confidence, with facilitators who go at your pace and plenty of hands-on practice using real tools.
- 3
Build
Turn new skills into a CV, a profile and applications.
Work one-to-one on your CV, cover letters, LinkedIn profile and online applications, then rehearse interviews until they feel manageable.
- 4
Progress
Take a confident next step, with support beside you.
Plan your route forward with a facilitator or mentor — employment, further training, education, volunteering or a digital career pathway — and stay connected to the Hub community.
Proudly delivered by Softclue Data Empowerment CIC with support from The National Lottery Community Fund.
